About Me

I'm Mitchell Cootauco, a full-stack software engineer from San Marino, California with B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from Loyola Marymount University.
I have led product teams for a multi-billion-dollar rental platform at Crimson Consultant Group, secured cloud releases at NextFoundArtist by containerizing FastAPI services on AWS Lambda, and shipped data-heavy web and mobile apps for HHQueen and Valley Veterinary Hospital, while also teaching algorithms to 75 students and contributing to open-source research projects. Whether refining a database schema, writing TypeScript for a responsive interface, or guiding a 10-member Agile squad through a sprint, I focus on measurable results and clean, maintainable code.
Outside of work you will find me spiking volleyballs, lifting at the gym, experimenting in the kitchen, watching superhero movies, or gaming, and I bring the same disciplined energy to every commit and collaboration.
